Our time together will begin with a yummy cacao ceremony and guided meditation, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath featuring crystal alchemy bowls, chimes, gongs, and other soothing instruments. Allow yourself to be held in sound as you soften your nervous system, quiet the mind, and create space for whatever is next.
